Ok so I really have no time to watch t.v. There's always something more important to do. But I still have my favorite shows!

Ok so I love The Office.

It's one of my favorite shows ever. But apparently NBC has decided it's too good to sell it on iTunes and in order for me to watch it, I either have to stream it on their website, or download it (for free) to a Microsoft computer. Only problems: I have a Mac, And 2: my computer is old. It isn't fast enough to keep up with streaming. It's constantly pausing. I don't have time for this! I want to watch my show!

One of my other favorite shows is Malcolm in the Middle.

Funniest show ever. However, you cannot buy anything but the first season. I want the rest so bad! I would buy it in a heartbeat!

Something else entirely unrelated to tv but I think is quite annoying: there are so many songs I want to learn how to play, but no one ever sells their sheet music! And it's way too time consuming to figure out how to play it on my own...

I don't know, but I think I'm cheated on all this. Don't they realize they could make more money if they just sold these things? I mean it doesn't make any sense.

This semester

I thought that now that I'm not taking any academic classes and taking music classes only, that this semester would be a little easier. Well I was wrong. This has been the most trying semester ever. First I had to do the Maricopa college competition with the pieces I learned last semester. Then I've been put on the task of learning the 1st piano part of Bartok's Sonata for two pianos and percussion. The first movement alone is 50 pages long. I'm on page 22. And we're supposed to perform it May 1st. On top of that I have to finish learning and memorize the other two songs for my jury exam at the end of the semester. I want to quit piano. If this is what a music major is like I don't know if I can do it. I need sleep.

Ok that was cheesy. But! with all the rain and nice weather we've had this winter, the desert is green! So a couple weeks ago after school I went for a drive to take pictures of it all. It's the most amazing thing I've ever seen. Green grass, can you believe it, green grass is growing everywhere. Along with these gorgeous wildflowers. I love it.
